The all new 3DISC Scan&Tell

  • New complete clinical workflow: One single 3D scan allows the dentist to present a personalized treatment plan to the patient in zero additional time.
    Scan&Tell automatically selects the ideal 2D images from your 3D Scan, to create an immersive 3D experience.
  • Scan&Tell Personalized PDF: Helping the patient to understand their oral buccal health and prevent any treatment cost surprises.

Adding a patient profile

  • 3D View link directly to your patients phone: Send an immersive 3D scan directly to the patient’s phone.

  • Relay Server system: Users can now seamlessly connect to various internet networks using QR code authentication.

    If your Android tablet/iPad© and 3DiscClinic use different networks, you can now enable the Relay Server option in Scan&Tell Settings to successfully establish a connection between them. This option is displayed in Scan&Tell Settings when the first connection attempt fails.

  • Bite workflow improvements: Improved usability of the bite step and faster matching and registration of the upper and lower jaws.
  • Option to scan traditional impression materials: provides better explanation of the 3D settings. However, for the majority of users the default settings are recommended.
  • View 3D improvement: The zoom is focused on the mouse position for better visualization.
  • Improved live synchronization: Improvements in the 3D rendering while scanning to ensure that the rendering keeps up to speed with the live view.
  • Added Turkish language support: Improved management of user login when username or password unavailable for better clarity.

3DISC Clinic Bug Fixes

  • Correction of finalization freeze that has occasionally blocked the closing of the software.
  • Fixed the undercut axis computation along the user direction.
  • Translation updates and improvements.
