The following improvements and fixes have been added to version 3.7 of the HeronClinic™ software.

The default setting of the Hide Patient Names When Sending To The Lab option has been changed
- The Hide Patient Names When Sending To The Lab option can be activated by the user in Case Setup Settings.
This setting is required when exchanging data in regions covered by the European Union's General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR)

Simplified Restart Process
- The number of messages displayed to the user when restarting the software has been reduced to avoid unnecessary clicks.
Bugs fixed in this version¶
Bugs fixed in this corrective patch

Slow or failed scan finalization: in certain cases, with large number of holes we seen the HR finalization was not completing. This has been corrected in the latest release.

Raw Data corruption: Certain users have received a message that their data has been corrupted. This message refers to the raw scan data. Corrections have been put in place to avoid this issue going forward.

Inconsistent undercuts: when the automatic undercuts calculation was applied to a selected region the display was split across the full arch.

Undo button for the trim tool: the undo action of the cut tool was not undoing the region selection and could impact the HR finalization

Intermittent jitter has been reduced on the Zoom feature.
